Momose Akira no Hatsukoi Hatan-chuu.

A boy from the country named Hajime Kugayama has gone back to where he started: his old classmate Akira Momose, whom he formerly harbored feelings for. Akira unexpectedly approaches him just as he is about to enjoy a bittersweet youth while observing her from a distance. He discovers a "destiny" that surpasses his expectations there.
